Our current preferred courier is parcel force as the offer transit tracking ability.
2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Payment can be made by any method specified in the payment section of this website and will be debited and cleared from your account as set out in the payment section of the website, including any postage fees.
All orders are processed securely via the PayPal payment platform. If you do not have a Paypal account, Paypal can handle credit card and debit card payments securely.
Upon successful completion of your order, an invoice with the transaction details will be emailed to your designated email address confirming your order. Every delivery will include a valid receipt.
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the products ordered within the delivery timeframe. However, if we are unable to fulfil your order due to availability or any other difficulty you will be notified via email as soon as possible explaining the situation and if need be offer a choice of an alternative or eventually to re-credit your account for the amount involved. The refund will be made within 7 days of order. We will notify you of such action via your email address given on your order form.
Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer an exchange, either in the form of another product or a credit note (see returns policy bellow).
3. RETURNS POLICY
You have the right to cancel your order provided this is done within a 14 day period following the receipt of the item. On cancellation of the order, you are under duty to return the items to us and in the mean time to take reasonable care of them. You are required to pay for the postage if you wish to return the goods. Note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
You are also responsible for the care of the goods until they reach us, at the returns correct address, as specified bellow.

Refunds will be effectuated within 7 days of receipt of the returned items.
Please note that the refund does not include the cost of carriage and that you are also liable for the return carriage costs. If the you fail to return the item, your will refund will not be redeemed. You are under a duty to take care of the goods until they are returned.
